2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Credit Packs
Credit packs are eligible for refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requested within 14 days of purchase
- Less than 20% of credits have been used
- No violation of our Terms of Service
- First-time refund request for credit packs
2.2 Subscriptions
Subscription refunds are handled as follows:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refundable within 7 days of renewal if unused
- Annual Subscriptions: Refundable within 30 days of purchase/renewal
- Pro-rated Refunds: Available for annual plans cancelled mid-term
- Free Trial: Cancel anytime during trial period without charge
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Used credits (already generated stickers)
- Expired credits or subscriptions
- Services fully rendered
- Custom or commissioned work
- Violations of Terms of Service
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund

- Wait for our team to review your request (1-3 business days)
3.2 Review Process
Our team will review your refund request based on:

3.3 Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

4. Special Circumstances

- First attempt: We'll regenerate at no cost

- System-wide problems: Full refund available
4.3 Billing Errors
For billing errors or unauthorized charges:
- Report within 60 days of the charge
- Provide transaction details
- Full refund for verified errors
- Investigation completed within 5 business days
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Access continues until end of billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time (except annual plans)
- Cancelled subscriptions cannot be reactivated at same rate
- Download your data before cancellation
5.2 Account Deletion
When deleting your account:
- All unused credits are forfeited
- Active subscriptions are cancelled
- No refunds for remaining balances
- Data deletion is permanent
6. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision:

7. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank:
